In 2019, Fishers was ranked #3 in the U.S. by MONEY’s 10 Best Places to Live. Fishers is home to Hamilton Southeastern School District which continues to rank nationally as having the best schools academically, athletically, and having the best teachers. And I love the many events, such as summer concerts, farmer’s markets, art fairs, and 600 acres of public recreational area!

But sometimes the things that make Fishers feel so great can also put a lot of pressure on us. Our neighbors have such beautiful homes, so we must have beautiful homes as well. Our neighbors seem to have it all together, we had better have it all together too...

I’m Heather Srncik, BSW, MSW, LCSW. I’ve spent my life overcoming my own anxieties and developing that experience into a passion for helping others do the same. 

If you feel stuck, are avoiding certain aspects of your life, or are struggling with performance anxiety, I’m ready to work with you.

Learn about anxiety and your mental and physical response. Identify patterns to help alleviate worry and stop panic attacks in their tracks. Breathwork, CBT, and exposure therapy are some of the proven methods we may try to prevent anxiety from limiting you.

A life with unbearable stress weighs on both the body and the mind. Meditation, breathwork, and reframing can provide the necessary tools to cope with daily stressors and return the body to peace. We will work collaboratively on the skills to get you there.

Tackle self-doubt, negative self-talk, and the need to be perfect. Change your negative thought spiral so you can learn how to truly love and accept yourself. We will utilize practices like self-acceptance, mindfulness, reprocessing, and CBT.

Learn new tools and strategies to effectively communicate with one another. Understanding one another is key to bringing you closer together. Repair, reset, and renew your relationship so you can be set up for greater success and connection.
