For telehealth sessions, I will wait 15 minutes. Unless I’ve heard from you and arrangements have been made, I will then consider the session a no-show.

I am In Network with IU Health and CareSource Marketplace Indiana and the employee assistance provider (EAP) Lyra Health. I am Out of Network with all other insurance companies. Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits in which your plan may pay a portion for therapy services. You may review this tip sheet for guidance on what questions to ask your insurance company. Most insurance plans have deductibles that need to be met before coverage kicks in even if you are seeing someone “in-network.” Be sure to call your insurance carrier to find out if you have a deductible to meet before you can receive reimbursement.
I can provide you with documentation (also known as a Superbill) for out-of-network benefits. If you plan on using these benefits, I highly recommend you contact your insurance company to make sure they cover telehealth services and ask how to submit for reimbursement. I do not guarantee that you will receive reimbursement from your insurance company for services.
To assist clients with the out-of-network insurance claims and the reimbursement process, I have partnered with Reimbursify. To learn more, please visit: Reimbursify.
Please be aware that insurance companies require a diagnosis and other treatment disclosures for you to receive reimbursement. Clinical diagnoses made by your Therapist become a part of your permanent health record.
